Boma Simba Lodge is a relaxed safari lodge for exploring Tsavo East National Park, Kenya’s largest park and home of the famous “red elephants”, whose hides are dusted rust-red by the park’s volcanic soil.
Guests stay in thatched A-frame cottages with private verandas, set among flowering gardens with views towards the hills. A large swimming pool with sun loungers is the perfect place to cool off between game drives across Tsavo East’s open red-earth plains, where elephant herds gather beneath the acacias at dusk.
